Motivational speech

Since I turned 70, I have been working on expressing myself. This past year was a good year. It started with a talk to 300 folks at their annual Farm Mutual convention at the Radisson Blu attached to the Mall of America. We were all saddened to experience the suicide death of one of the members. I shied away from talking about suicide and that was a mistake. In the summer I spoke to a 100-teacher audience at a back-to-school rally in southern Minnesota. Now, since jumping the mental health stigma hurdle, I am al to continue sharing my experiences.
